Prenatal Visits
I provide prenatal visits that include regular check-ins, nutritional counseling, and guidance on exercise and relaxation techniques. I will support you throughout your pregnancy and help you prepare for labor and delivery.
Labor and Delivery
I will be there for you throughout your labor and delivery. I will provide emotional support, physical comfort measures, and guidance to help you have a safe and satisfying birth experience. I will also support your partner or other loved ones who are with you.
Postpartum Care
I will continue to provide care for you and your baby after delivery. I will help you with breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery. I will also screen for postpartum depression and provide referrals for additional support if needed.
Home Births
I am available for home births as an option for those who prefer to give birth in the comfort of their own home. I will bring all necessary equipment and ensure the safety of you and your baby. I will also provide postpartum care and support.
